Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information collected during a visit, why it is used, and the limited circumstances in which another service may receive it. By using Lonoke County Court Docket, you agree to the practices stated here. Court records held by Arkansas courts are separate from visitor data and remain under the control of the originating court or clerk.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or record those search terms on our systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

An email sent to us may be kept so we can respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Data We Gather Automatically

When a page loads, servers may automatically receive technical information about the visit:

  • The IP address assigned to your device
  • Which browser you are using and its version
  • Your device type and operating system
  • The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
  • The site that sent you here, if any
  • Timestamps for each page view

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files placed on a device. They and analytics services help combine traffic data, such as which pages are used most and where visits end. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how some features work.

What We Do With This Data

  • Route a search request to the selected partner
  • Maintain service availability and page speed
  • Diagnose faults and other technical problems
  • Measure which material visitors use
  • Display advertising that may reflect visitor interests

No Court-Record Data on File

Lonoke County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal case records or court dockets. It publishes reference material about the Circuit Clerk, trial courts, local District Court departments, and Search ARCourts. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing practices govern information submitted to those tools. We do not set those terms. Review the provider's policy before sending a query.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to court and clerk pages, government portals, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.

Advertising partners may use their systems to follow activity across websites for targeted advertising.

Who Might See Your Data

We do not sell personal information. Data may be available to:

  • Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
  • Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
  • Ad networks that place ads on our pages
  • Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it

How We Protect Your Data

Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

Users Under 18

This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will remove it.

Your Data Rights

Rights can vary with the law that applies where a visitor lives. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-101 et seq., govern public records and court access, not a private website's visitor database. Subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection law, a visitor may:

  • Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
  • Have us fix information that is wrong
  • Request that we erase your data
  • Opt out of certain kinds of data processing

Updates to This Policy

This policy may change. An updated version and its effective date will appear here, so visitors can review the current handling practices.
